Data we process and why

• Free site-visit form: the name, phone, location, site type and notes you enter are sent through an automation server (n8n) operated by our web service provider BestFF Agency and a WhatsApp messaging gateway (Evolution API) to the business's WhatsApp account. The purpose is to contact you about your request and prepare a quote. The automation server does not keep a stored copy of your data after successful delivery.
• Information you send us directly: contact details and message content you share by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp are used only to communicate with you.

Legal basis

Answering your request relies on the processing being directly related to forming or performing a contract and on our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2).

Transfers

Data you enter in the free site-visit form is relayed through the automation server and WhatsApp gateway described above to the business's WhatsApp account; WhatsApp (Meta) processes the message under its own terms and privacy policy, over which we have no control. When the embedded Google Maps content loads, Google may receive information about your visit and transfer it abroad (see "Google Maps" below). Your data is not otherwise sold to third parties or shared for marketing.

Retention

Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and as the relevant legislation provides; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

By applying to the data controller you may:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of data under the conditions set by the law, and that this be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
• Object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
